Having influenced Off-Broadway and the theater industry for the past thirty-five years, Darren Lee Cole has built his career around producing groundbreaking works, directing stellar performances, and teaching some of the world’s finest actors.

Darren Learned about the theater from the legendary John Houseman and has been inspired by him in his producing, acting, and directing. Darren has produced over 150 productions through Cole Theatricals in New York, Los Angeles, Sweden, Canada, England, Scotland, Costa Rica, and many other locations around the globe. Darren became Producing Artistic Director of SoHo Playhouse in 2004 where he has produced or directed fifty groundbreaking works that have won many of Off-Broadway’s most prominent theater awards.

Britt Lafield has been working in New York theater as an actor and producer for over thirty years. He has been associated with SoHo Playhouse for over 20 years as the General Manager, Managing Director and Producer, Devoted to creating new and exciting productions, and helping younger theater artists, Britt has been involved in festivals including the New York International Theater Festival, the Planet Connection Festival, and the Fringe Encore Series at SoHo Playhouse for the past fifteen years. He is committed to finding and bringing new works and artists to SoHo Playhouse to create the best, most exciting working lab in New York City.

Ainsley Montemayor hails from Seattle, Washington and has extensive experience in the performing arts. A ballerina by training, Ainsley has spent her career dancing for companies like Pacific Northwest Ballet and Nevada Ballet Theatre. In addition to her work on stage, she is also passionate about what happens behind the scenes in the entertainment industry and is currently pursuing a degree in business administration at Central State University. Ainsley is a vital member of the team, and brings a unique perspective to SoHo Playhouse.
